ABOUT THE CHEF


Cooking has been a part of Chef Brandon’s life for as long as he can remember. The talented chef acquired his culinary skills and techniques from the Pulaski Technical College of Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management in Little Rock, Arkansas. Meanwhile, being fascinated by culinary art, he believed he was capable of showcasing his own creations.

Chef Brandon is a hugely versatile cook. Throughout his career, he’s worked with a variety of chefs from all over the globe: from Italy to the Caribbean, France to Portugal. As a huge advocate for child hunger and obesity relief efforts, he teaches cooking classes to youth providing basic cooking fundamentals and plans to curate nutritional programs to help them maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. It brings him joy to help others and give back to the community.

We are food lovers and culinary artists who take great pride in what we do. We specialize in personal chef services, events, cooking classes and demos. We are a full service American fusion cuisine catering company focused on prompt service and quality taste for your entertainment needs. Food is our passion. Service is our dedication. Keep in mind, we are able to create custom menus according to your budget and occasion. Our pricing structure fluctuates according to the degree of difficulty and the availability of raw ingredients in each menu. Please do not hesitate to ask about your personal favorites.

PACKAGE DETAILS


All packages include plates, cups, utensils, serve ware, napkins, buffet chaffers, and drink dispensers. All meals are accompanied by a chef’s side salad, dinner role and infused water. Cake cutting is also included. We do not use plastic unless requested. We are a full serviced company that focuses on quality. We use chinaware and stainless steel utensils for all occasions.  We ask for there to be a minimum of 25 people or additional prices are subject to occur.

CUSTOM MENUS


We are able to create custom menus according to the budget and occasion. Our pricing structure fluctuates according to the degree of difficulty and the availability of raw ingredients in each menu. PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS


In exchange for the specified service(s), the client shall pay the Caterer a 25% non-refundable deposit within the signing of the contract to reserve the date of events to other potential clients. Another 25% non-refundable deposit is due to the Caterer for buying necessary equipment, chinaware, cutlery, etc. The final 50% deposit is due at least 14 days prior to the said date of event. Any event held within 30 days of the said date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due immediately upon the signing of the contract agreement. The final 50% deposit is due within seven days of the said date. Any event held within seven days of the said date, a full deposit is due immediately upon the signing of the contract agreement. Any payment made after the date of services rendered will accrue an interest of 10% each day to the remaining balance until the debt is paid.
