ACTION PASTA STATION

Let’s add a wow factor to your next occasion and include the Action Pasta Station! Your guests will be able to walk up to the Action Pasta Station, choose their type of pasta, sauce, garnishes, and any other items available, then have it served to them by your chef! All meals are accompanied by a chef’s side salad, dinner role and infused water.

MEAT CARVING STATION

Your choice of hand-carved beef, pork, turkey, or ham.
One chef and attendant is required per carving station per minimum of 25 guests. Number of chefs and attendants required will be determined with final guest count. Accompanied by your style choice of potato, two sides, salad and dinner roll.

POTATO BAR

Whipped baby red mashed or baked potatoes served with an array of toppings including crisp smoked bacon, red onions, green onions, sour cream and cheddar cheese.

SIDES

Green beans, roasted corn, vegetable medley, grilled asparagus, broccolini, butternut squash, parsnips, brussels sprout and balsamic mushrooms.

TACO BAR

Choice of seasoned ground beef, shredded southwest chicken or cajun shrimp in your choice of soft or hard tortilla shells with lettuce, tomato, avocado, charred corn, black beans, sweet and tangy cabbage slaw, caramelized onions, scallions, mixed cheeses, sour cream, and salsa; served with Spanish rice. (Please allow a minimum of 15 people or 25% will be added to the per person cost)

SHRIMP TACOS

Three grilled jerk shrimp tacos in your choice of hard shells or corn tortillas; served with chopped spinach, caramelized onions, green and yellow peppers, tomatoes and avocado. Pineapple salsa and Spanish rice.

STEAK TACOS

Three chili-lime steak tacos in your choice of hard shells or corn tortillas; served with guacamole, caramelized onions, tomatoes and feta cheese. We are able to create custom menus according to the budget and occasion. Our pricing structure fluctuates according to the degree of difficulty and the availability of raw ingredients in each menu. Please do not hesitate to ask about your personal favorites. We are always considerate in accommodating our clients requests, depending on the availability of the ingredients. PACKAGE DETAILS
We provide charger plates, glass/ceramic plates, glasses, cutlery, serve-ware, platters (if necessary), linen napkins, table menu, buffet chaffers and water dispenser. We do not use plastic unless requested; we are a full serviced company that focuses on quality.

 Once a deposit is made, someone will contact you within 72 hours. Prices do not include labor costs.



PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

In exchange for the specified service(s), the client shall pay the Caterer a 25% non-refundable deposit within the signing of the contract to reserve the date of events to other potential clients. Another 25% non-refundable deposit is due to the Caterer for buying necessary equipment, chinaware, cutlery, etc. The final 50% deposit is due at least 14 days prior to the said date of event.

Any event held within 30 days of the said date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due immediately upon the signing of the contract agreement. The final 50% deposit is due within seven days of the said date.

The final 50% deposit is due at least 48 hours prior to said or agreed date. Any payment made after the date of services rendered will accrue an interest of 10% each day to the remaining balance until the debt is paid.
