All packages do not include pricing for charger plates, glass plates, glassware, stainless cutlery, linen napkins, buffet chaffers, serve-ware and drink dispensers. All meals are accompanied by a beverage. If hired for your wedding, cake cutting services is included. We will only be responsible for cleaning the areas we worked in and up to sanitary standards.
We are able to create custom menus according to the budget and occasion. Our pricing structure fluctuates according to the degree of difficulty and the availability of raw ingredients in each menu. Please do not hesitate to ask about your personal favorites. We are always considerate in accommodating our clients requests, depending on the availability of the ingredients. PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
Any event held within 90 days of the said date, the Client shall pay the Caterer a 25% non-refundable deposit within the signing of your contract to reserve the date of event(s) from other potential clients. The Client shall also pay a 25% non-refundable deposit that is due at least 60 days from the said date to the Caterer for buying necessary equipment, chinaware, cutlery, etc. The final 50% deposit is due at least 14 days prior to the said or agreed date.
Any event held within 30 days of the said date, the Client shall pay the Caterer a 50% non-refundable deposit immediately upon the signing of your contract agreement. The final 50% deposit is due within 7 days of the said or agreed date.
Any event held within 7 days of the said date, the Client shall pay the Caterer a 50% non-refundable deposit immediately upon the signing of your contract agreement. The final 50% deposit is due at least 48 hours prior to said or agreed date.
Any payment(s) made after the date of services rendered will accrue an interest of 10% each day to the remaining balance until the debt is paid.
All cancellations must be in writing. If a cancellation is requested within the 30 days before the wedding date after booking, 50% of the contract total will be still be owed and due within 7 days of cancellation date. If a cancellation is requested within 7 days before the wedding, 100% of the contract total will be owed as a provision for liquidated damages.
Any date changes made more than 60 days from the original wedding date can be made with no additional charge. Any date changes made less than 30 days from the original wedding date can be made but will incur an additional rebooking fee of $500. All date changes are subject to availability. If we are unable to accommodate a date change, the wedding will be considered canceled and subject to the above cancellation policy.
